Our story started in 2007. under the brand name "Holy woman's Treasure Chest", and after wonderful journey filled with many fashion shows and projects, in 2016. we look forward to continuing our efforts to become even better! With fresh name and ideas, we will proceed working with cosplayers, models, fashion designers...

We ship WORLWIDE from Serbia, Europe using Serbian Post Services.
◆Shipping Costs◆
All orders are shipped with registered mail and have tracking number, to ensure the package will not get lost. Upon shipment, we will notify you about the number, so that you can track your package online any time. We charge a fee depending of your location and weight of the package(we will inform you).
*Shipping Upgrades*
If you wish to upgrade shipping please contact us before purchasing. Then we can make arrangements and calculate extra costs.
If you have already purchased and you want to upgrade please message us asap.
*Estimated Delivery Time*
European Union Countries: 5-10 days
United States: 10 - 15 days
Australia: 10 - 15 days
Rest of the world: 15 - 40 days depending on location
Delays may occur during holiday/ high traffic season, as well as due to the quality of the country's postal service. Once we have shipped your order we cannot be held responsible for these delays.
Please note that buyer is responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by their individual countries!

*Packaging details*
For extra security, we mail all orders in cardboard boxes for large items or multiple orders.
*Damages/Losses*
Lost parcels are rare occasions and damaged orders even more but if this is your case contact us immediately to resolve the problem.
*Returns/Refunds*
We accept returns, shipping costs are excluded. Contact us within 7 days after you have received your order. Then send the parcel back to us and after we have received it, we'll issue a refund. Please note that you have to send your order back in the same condition you purchased it.
Prices are subject to change based on increasing costs or the work that is needed to craft an item.
